Instruction for Spherical Rotation-type Biological Filler |
On
the base of analyzing the advantages and disadvantages
of American, Japanese and domestic fillers and under
the direct instruction of water disposal experts,
spherical rotation-type biological filler has been
continuously adjusted, improved and modified. A
lot of disposal tests of different styles of industrial
waste water and life sewage have proved its good
effectiveness.
During the course of sewage
disposal, the selection of filler is a decisive
factor since filler is the carrier of biological
film and it has the function of retaining suspension.
Therefore, the filler must have strong adhesive
biological film, big specific surface, high porosity,
good chemical and biological stability, excellent
durability, no dissolution of harmful substance,
no second pollution, anti-ultraviolet-ray, and aging
resistance, etc. As a result, none of soft filler,
elastic filler and half-soft filler is able to have
these advantages.
In order to obtain a series
of synthetic indexes, we have spent three years
on the numerous adjustments in strengthening rotation,
improving the structure, enlarging surface electric
potential and hydrophilicity, and at last gain satisfactory
results.
The product has following
characteristics:
1. Unique shape and ingenious
structure;
2. Easy adhesion of film, without blockage;
3. Acidproof, alkaliproof, anticorrosion, aging
resistance;
4. Big specific surface, high porosity;
5. Low remainder of mud;
6. Good result in eliminating hard-degraded substance;
7. Good result in eliminating nitride, phosphide
and sulfide;
8. Saving investment by 10~40%;
9. Service life of more than 15 years.
